Her love for the outdoors and her fascination with natural healing techniques have driven her to bring people together to help heal our nation’s heroes.

Associate’s Degree in mechanical engineering technology. Tim treasures his memories and duty in the United States Marine Corps and, like most veterans, misses it every day. He has pursued a lifelong journey of learning and has an innate ability and desire to lead. Tim currently owns his own Firearms training business and loves spending time with his wife and daughter.
Physician Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative & Holistic Medicine, Certified in Neuro-muscular medical acupuncture. Daughter of a decorated Vietnam Veteran with a distinguished military career. Possesses a broad array of clinical skills and experience including a specialist’s focus on treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with allopathic as well as complementary medical techniques.

Dr. McKay Crowley
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Master’s Degrees in Business and the Evaluative Clinical Sciences from Dartmouth Medical School, and certifications in neuro-functional hypnosis and as a Master of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. 27+ years of experience designing clinical improvement programs and building integrated networks of physician practices and hospitals. Possesses a broad skill set of the efficiencies and productivity at every level of the healthcare delivery system as well as significant experience as an entrepreneur starting healthcare management companies from solo practices to hundred-million dollar networks.

Brian Heller is an active duty Career Counselor in the U.S. Army and has served for over 17 years. Through his personal experiences he has witnessed and assisted veterans returning home to a system that is ill-equipped to manage their care. He is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for his Brothers and Sisters in Arms so that they can heal and pursue happy and healthy lives.
Josh Brooks, PhD is a retired Army officer who currently lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida with his wife, Julie, and their four Italian Greyhounds. In addition to his Philanthropic pursuits, Josh spends his time with wife and dogs, in or near salt water, and / or running one of his real estate investing companies. In addition to serving as a board member for Route Green, Josh is the founder and president of The Enduring Charity Foundation, an IRS-approved 501c3 non-profit foundation.
D.C. earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. He is one of a few Triad chiropractors certified as an Extremity Practitioner. He is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Known as a compassionate and fun-loving caregiver, Dr. Foster is excited about giving back to the veteran community.
Dr. Scott Foster
Lauren Heller, BSN, RN, CCRN has worked as a critical care nurse for the past seven years. She is currently obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Simmons University located in Boston, Massachusetts. Lauren’s husband is an active duty service member in the United States Army. She is passionate about and dedicated to health promotion and wellness in the veteran community. Lauren is an avid equestrian, and she aspires to incorporate the healing power of horses into improving the mental and physical health of veterans.
Megan Frankosky, PhD works as a researcher to understand the interaction between people and technology. She focuses on helping teams create innovative systems and experiences that support and extend our capabilities. She is interested in finding ways for technology to make life easier while also maintaining a proper balance. She loves design, natural therapies, helping others learn and supporting our veteran community through Route Green.
John Budd primarily teaches the Barkan method of Hatha Yoga. He teaches a combination of proper breath control, mindfulness, consistent practice, and a healthy diet leads to a more vital, healthier stress free life. Yoga brings vital balance to the body, and restores all systems to optimal health. Consistency will create a physical, mental and spiritual harmony that will be felt in all areas of the practitioner’s life. John is a 500 hour RYT and also a certified Bikram teacher. He is a native of Winston-Salem, is the father of four boys, and spends his free time in mountains of NC. With three decades of traveling the world through military and civilian aviation, he says the inner work, as it relates to Body/Mind is a much more fulfilling and adventurous journey.
Sheila began her Yoga journey in 1999 while searching for a method to recover from post-partum depression. For the past 18 years, she has enjoyed teaching in the Triad. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training certification at Triad Yoga Institute in Greensboro, NC in 2010 and her 500 hr Certification in August 2013. Students enjoy Sheila’s ability to lead a challenging, yet light-hearted class. To keep her teaching skills and practice strong, she regularly attends classes with her teacher, Terry Brown. Sheila is grateful for studying with master teachers such as: Aadil Palkhivala, Bryan Legere, Elise Browning Miller, Nicolai Bachman, Julie Gudmestad, David Harshada Wagner and Bo Forbes.
Michael is one of the areas most experience healthcare providors with 30 years of clinical background in a multitude of settings as a licensed occupational therapist. Specialty services provided include but are not limited to : Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Neuro-Developmental Techniques, EnerGistics-TM, Reiki, Therapeutic Exercise Programs and Therapeutic Massage.
